Canon EOS zoom lense? 10 POINTS?

i have a 400D and i want to start airial shots and shots of birds from far away, where are the cheapest lenses? and the best for around £100 links are welcome!
please help/

    Cheapest, forget it. the birds will laugh. The Canon 70-210 2.8 lens is about the best you can get for airial and bird shots.

    There's no such thing as a 'best' cheap tele photo lens available, that costs around £100.

    One of the best ones I can think of is the EF100-400mm f4.5-5.6 L IS USM…it's great for airshows and wildlife.

    However……it will set you back around (gulp) £700.
