can someone help me with the set up to run my new casio pathfinder PAS400B-5VWT #2632 watch?

I just bought this watch and there are many operations that I can't exactly tap into. It is a pathfinder watch and it does a lot more than I can make it do (so I am told) I purchased it and the directions it came with are very vague to say the least.
Like: how do I determine the GMT (what ever that is)
The sunrise and sunset time are way off for the area I live in (the sun doesn't rise at 3:30am and set at 6:00pm)
There are a number of settings (It looks like I have created14 of them so far) where the moon is shown in the upper left right hand side of the dial with a # sign next to it, then the time of 5:13 is shown under it and the date (I think) is under that. What is this and how does it work?
When the top left hand button is depressed and held in the above mode the letters CLR appear and the face has a symbol showing. What is this and what does it do?
Does it give directions? I once saw 36 n and 85 s but can't find it again.
