My Casio TV-400 has a green screen and I don’t know what’s wrong with it?

I have an old Casio- TV 400 and it used to making a noise but now its just quiet. The screen is all light green and I don’t know how I can get it to work again?

    This is generally caused by a failure of the color wheel within a television set, given its a handheld there could be multiple things wrong, loose wiring, turned dial, etc…
    given this tv is only worth about 5 dollars, it’s not really worth the effort to repair, you could replace it with something brand new for cheaper than you could fix it…
