Why does my casio keyboard play a fuzzy sound?

I have a casio CTK-481, and it plays a sound like the battery is about to die similar to what a radio sounds like when you’re changing stations, but I plugged the AC adapter into it to see if that would help and there is still a fuzzy sound coming from it. What could the problem be if anyone knows? Thanks!
