I guess what I'm really asking is will a normal circular polarizer work on a Digital SLR?

Hi guys, quick question, I'm planning to get a Canon 450D with a lense 17-85mm f4-5.6 IS USM, I'm a newbie so I don't master all the information/ guidelines and all of that. Was just wondering if the Canon EOS 450D is compatible with L-Series lenses like the EF 24-70mm f/2.8L USM? Any downsides? Thanks a lot guys.

Alright, I have the manual… but I just don't understand it. :[
I know that it is fully manual and has automatic settings, but the manual that it came with is just comics on how to use it which consist of "Turn the focusing ring to focus until the circle in the middle is a complete circle!"

Like what are the f/stops and apertures?
How can I find out what type of Focusing Screen I have?
Where do I find the shutter speed setting/set it?
How do I know if my Light Meter is center weighted?
How do I find out if my camera has a depth of filed preview button on it?
What is a leaf shutter?
How do I know if my camera has a focal plane or leaf shutter?
Since I have automatic capabilities, how do I know if the automatic exposure control is aperture priority, shutter priority, or both?
What is a "Hot Shoe"?
What is the metering system?
How do I know if I have more than one metering thing?

When im downloading pictures from canon rebel xti to macbook i use iphoto. but sometimes when i drag the photos from the camera to my library is makes doubles! why?!

I am following all the steps and nothing happens, I downloaded the Disc2phone software, and everything, and it doesn't work. On my computer my device shows as a romovable drive, but tells me to insert a disk….

I am thinking about getting a PSP around mid July; however I need some type of idea about this. I looked up the customer reviews off amazon.com, it was mixed reviews but for the most part it was good. However, some people put down some reviews that have me wondering. Reviews such as batt life being to short, not a lot of games, costing to much money etc etc. But also those reviews were from 2005- the start of 2007 so nothing to recent.

I intend to buy a genuine Sony PSP 2000 (light version). It is possible to use it to surf the web as normal handphone which had wifi function for internet connection.
It is possible to save the games on the memory stick and play it from there as I not intended to purchase any UMD disk for games as it is very expensive.

In the guide said thats is .mp4 or .m4v but with a mp4 doesnt work… it said that the file cant be supported by the device
