What is your opinion on a Fuji S800??

I’m looking for a better than average digital camera and found this one for under $200?! What’s your opinion?

    i have a fujifilm finepix z20 10.0mp and it is the best camera i ever got
    it takes clear pics even if ur hand is moving a little.
