I have a PV-8405S VCR (Yeah I know, really old) and I’m trying to get my DVD player to work on it. I’ve hooked up the A/V cables in the back, but cannot figure out how to get it to work. I have looked in the manual, and all it says about the A/V cables is to connect another VCR to it to copy a tape. Any suggestions? My other VCR which broke had an L1 and L2 option, but I cannot figure out if this one does or not.
Well, I have a Panasonic camcorder with the little mini DVDs that store your videos when you record. I need to get those videos onto my computer to work on a project due on Monday, but that would mean that I have to “finalize” the disk. The only way that I can do that is by connecting my camera into the AC adapter (battery charger), but I don’t have the dc cable that is needed to connect the camcorder to the AC adapter.
Does anybody know where I can buy a dc cable or if there’s another way for me to get my videos onto my computer?

So i just bought panasonic lumix tz5 for $399 plus tax plus the bag and memory card for the total of $502. is that too expensive? and is it a good camera? which is better? nikon p80 or lumix tz5? do you have any other recommendation for a good camera? my price range is around $400.
My panasonic tv is showing three sets of coloured lines, blue, green, and red while i am watching tv as well as several horizontal white lines that interfere with the picture. They like get lower and lower until the picture is kinda distorted and then the whole screen goes blury with only like a couple of colours and there is no movement of the picture or anything but sound is fine…. please help if you can..
anyone can help me to have a driver in the said camcoder…i’ve searched it in the internet and i found nothing…i’ve also searched it in vista drivers but i also found nothing…

I’m looking to buy a new point and shoot. I currently own a Casio and HATE it! I’ve had two and and both have had the same issues. I want a camera that takes very clear pictures in all types of lighting. Shutter time should be quick. I need something to take awesome pics on my daughters first trip to disney world.
