Where can I download a patch compatable with Vista for my Panasonic DVD camcorder model # VDR-D220?

I have been searching for a long time and I can't seem to find the link to download a patch. I've tried calling the support line but that got me nowhere. If anyone would be able to supply me with a link to such a page I would be grateful.

    You can't find one and the support line could not help you because there isn't one.

    If you want to transfer the video from the camcorder to your computer, finalize the disc in the camcorder, take it out an put it in the drawer loading DVD drive in your computer. The rip the video with a DVD ripper like HandBrake

    If your computer does not have a drawer loader - and uses a slot loader or the optical drive does CDs only (and not DVDs), then you have three options:
    1) Use an "analog/digital bridge" like

    2) Get a drawer loading DVD optical drive for your computer
    3) Replace the computer with one that has a drawer loading DVD drive.
