Pentax Optio m20 is it worth fixing?
I dropped my 1 1/2 year old camera and not the lens won't fully go in or out. I can plug the camera into my computer and I uploaded all the photos fine so the "computer" part of the camera is fine…however I found a service place online through the pentax website and it is going to cost about $106 to fix a $200 2 year old camera. My question is this…I really love the camera and all its features, but it will cost a 100 bucks should I just get a new camera? If so any suggestions because I really like the camera I have now…
(oh I also bought a 50.00 memory card for the camera too)
Buy a new one…another Pentax, since you like 'em, and you can use the same card.
you can use the sd memory card in another camera such as a kodak or cannon. i would buy another camera its not worth fixing seeing how you can buy a better new one for that price.
