Sony Ericsson s500i- buttons broke off completely in less than 2 months!!?
I've had my Sony Ericson S500i for less than 2 months now.Within the first two weeks all the buttons ha cracked in the middle.A few days a go a 1/4 of one of the buttons chipped completely off and today a whole button fell off.i dont excessively text so this is not my fault.I researched it on the web and there have been hundereds(literally!!) who have complained of the same problem.Aparently Sony Ericcson calls this physical damage and wear-and-tear so refuse to replace it.This is truely pathetic as i've had this phone for less than 90 days.I dont know waht to do about this and am really angry about it.Please HELP anyone???
You have to report the issue to the better business bureau. If it is a widescale problem as it appears to be, then there should be a forced recall of the model.
