I dont know which one to get or which one is better. I need help deciding !!

HI Nathaly.. Sorry no one has come to your aid in helping you to decide on a new camera ;((….. Perhaps I can help. My daughter and I use Sony, and though we do not have the models you are asking about, we have had 8 Sony digitals… from several year ago until now. All of them are still working and the only reason we have replaced one with another is to upgrade. That tells me that they are very dependable. After reading your question, I did a little research for you and will advise… hands-down.. you try the DSC-W170. It is the most similar to the one we use now and it takes such nice pictures. We use it for close-ups and for pictures indoors. Everything is really in focus and the color is vivid and vibrant. I cannot speak for the other model… as it does not look at all like any we have had… but if you like it, Sony is a good brand and I think you can depend on it… but still I like the experience with the one so similar to the 170.
